Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Smartbase at https://smartbase.de5.net and the related Auth & Email platform (the "Service"), provided by Miyoni ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Smartbase provides databases, SQL, a REST API, file storage, Google sign-in tools and email tools. The free plan has limits on databases, tables, files, requests and emails, described in the documentation. We may change, limit or discontinue features.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys. Tell us at emalawi19@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You own your content. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the Service for you. You promise that you have the rights to your content and that it does not break the law or the rights of others.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

• break the law, or store or share illegal, abusive or harmful content;
• send spam or unsolicited bulk email, or send email to people who have unsubscribed;
• collect or store other people's personal information without a lawful basis and any consent that is required;
• distribute malware, attack, probe or overload the Service, or bypass limits, rate limits or security controls;
• resell or share your API keys, or use the Service to build a competing service by abusing it.

5. Developers who use Auth & Email

If you sign in visitors of your own website, you decide what happens to their data and you are responsible for your own privacy notice, consent and compliance. Email broadcasts must be relevant, honest and include the unsubscribe link we add.

6. Availability and backups

The Service is provided as is and may be unavailable or change without notice. Keep your own backups of important data. You can download an offline copy of your users' database from the Auth & Email platform.

7. Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we provide the Service without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, which for the free plan is zero.

8. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, put the Service or other users at risk, or if the law requires it.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms. We will update the date above.
